These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, "T&C") govern access to and use of the website cynovixarion.com (hereinafter, "the Site" or "the Platform"), operated by Cynovixarion S.R.L. (hereinafter, "Cynovixarion"), with legal address at Av. del Libertador 6250, Floor 8, Office B, C1428ARS, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. By accessing and using this Site, you accept these T&C in their entirety.

Cynovixarion operates a digital platform dedicated to real estate crowdlending, connecting individual investors with real estate development projects in Argentina. The Site provides general information about the crowdlending model, available projects, and participation mechanisms.

The information published on this Site is for informational purposes and does not constitute a public offering of securities, financial advice, investment recommendation, or solicitation of funds. Before making any investment decision, we recommend consulting with an independent financial advisor.
3. Registration and use of the platform
To access certain functionalities of the Site, the creation of a user account may be required. Cynovixarion reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. Modifications will be effective from their publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site after the publication of changes implies acceptance of the new T&C.
